Reiki level 1 classes in Dublin 
Once people experience reiki they sometimes ask me can they learn to do reiki and to administer it to themselves and others. I also tell them that they must first take a reiki level 1 class. Reiki level1, often known as the first degree of reiki, allows a person to practice reiki on themselves, however they can not actually practice as a reiki practitioner unless you have completed reiki level 2.
Finding a reiki class in Dublin
When you start looking around from reiki classes in Dublin you will find that there is a lot of choice! The first thing you must remember is there are 3 levels of reiki, reiki level 1, reiki level 2 (allows you to practice reiki) and reiki level 3, sometimes called reiki master. Each level is a progression from the previous level. So you can not undertake level 3 without having done levels 2 and 1.
